Exhibition Context at Jakarta Architecture Festival 2025
Jakarta Premium Outlets features an inward-facing orientation, drawing visitors into a spacious open-air promenade within the building. Storefronts, including those on the upper floor, are oriented toward this central space, while wide canopies provide shade, regulate natural daylight, and offer protection from tropical rains, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for people to walk, explore, and shop at ease.
The design prioritizes energy efficiency by using open spaces and inner courts for passive coolong, eco-friendly materials for sustainability. Greenery is carefully integrated to enhance comfort, while responsible water management reduces environmental impact. These strategies ensure a built environment that is both efficient and environmentally conscious.
