The ideal candidate will be responsible for design and develop a prominent architectural design and environment, by coordinate with stakeholder, preparing the design documents and other requirement as needed.
Responsibilities :
· Preparing data in accordance to the design presentation draft/ design solution
· Preparing drawings documents at all design stage
· Keep up to date regulatory codes and other standards as necessary for compliance
· Actively involved in tender process and prepare the data in accordance to tender projects
· Assist in the preparation of technical specifications according to project functions/needs, guided/as directed by Senior Architects/Middle Architects.
· Study the details and building materials that can support the completeness and quality of architectural drawing documents
· Carry out correspondence activities related to the project
· Studying deliverable standards in stages of work being carried out
Requirements :
· Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. Completing the Architecture Professional Program (PPArs) is preferable
· Fresh graduate, or minimum 1 year experience will be an advantage
· Possessing Sertifikat Keahlian / Certification of Expertise (SKA) by LPJK is a plus
· Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Revit, Archicad, and related software
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills
· Design and problem-solving skills as well as an appreciation of, and sensitivity to, architectural design intent
· Ability to work with minimal supervision
· Good in English, both oral and written
· Creative, attention to detail and high motivation to learn

The ideal candidate will be responsible for appropriate drawings document, including architectural standard drawing, detail, specification and construction technique guideline, by coordinate with stakeholder, preparing the checking documents and other requirement as needed.
Responsibilities :
· Working closely with related Designers, Engineers, and cross division
· Ensure the deliverable of an appropriate drawing documents
· Ensure the designers follow the drawing standard
· Act as advisor for any design issues, including technical and detail construction
· Develop, maintain and present the SOP
· Conduct research for new material, technology and, design and construction trend
Requirements :
· Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/Civil or similar
· Minimum 3 year experience in Management Construction or Contractor
· Male, 30 – 35 years old
· Mastering in building regulations, drawing documents standard and specification
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills
· Design and problem-solving skills as well as an appreciation of, and sensitivity to, architectural design intent, also detail oriented
· Ability to work with minimal supervision
· Good in English, both oral and written
