Junior Urban Designer

Full Time

The ideal candidate will be responsible for design and developing a prominent urban design and environment, by coordinating with stakeholder, preparing the design documents and other requirement as needed.

 

Responsibilities

  • Preparing data in accordance to the design presentation draft/ design solution.
  • Preparing drawings documents at all design stage.
  • Keep up to date regulatory codes and other standards as necessary for compliance.
  • Assist in the preparation of technical specifications according to project functions/needs, guided/as directed by Senior/Middle Urban Designers.
  • Conduct field visits and create reports, such as site analysis, in local and regional contexts.
  • Perform production diagrams and presentations of analysis and design.
  • Ingest primary and secondary data according to project needs.
  • Carry out correspondence activities related to the project.
  • Studying deliverable standards in stages of work being carried out.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Urban Planning.
  • Fresh graduate, or minimum 2-3 years experiences will be an advantage.
  • Possessing Sertifikat Keahlian / Certification of Expertise (SKA) by LPJK is a plus.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Revit, Archicad, Lumion, Premiere, and related software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
  • Design and problem-solving skills as well as an appreciation of, and sensitivity to, architectural design intent.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
  • Creative, attention to detail, and high motivation to learn.

Portfolios should be one PDF attachment, between 10-20 pages, maximum 5 MB.
