As excerpted from rocabarcelonagallery.com:
"The aim of the exhibition is to create space for the exchange of ideas, challenges, and lessons learned from significant mixed-use and city defining projects that have the potential to reshape our urban landscapes and social norms".
By engaging in this event, we involve ourselves in the global community, gaining insights from diverse environments, cultures, climates, and policy-making frameworks. This opportunity broaden our design perspective, sparking new ideas and invigorating our dedication for sustainable development.
Gran Rubina Tower 1 started operating in 2014. Designed with sustainability development in mind, the project focuses on energy consumption and integration with the surrounding urban fabric. Even after 10 years, the building continues to demonstrate what we can achieve when a sustainable mindset is applied during planning and design process, construction, and operation.

Gran Rubina project involves designing a master plan for 150,000 sqm in central Jakarta. The master plan ensures sustainable design solutions, particularly social sustainability, and low energy consumption. Meanwhile, Gran Rubina Tower 1 was intended to create a landmark building for Generali, with eco-friendly design, commercial viability, health and safety measures, accessibility, and top-tier public amenities.
Gran Rubina has received three awards: Asia Pacific Property Awards Indonesia for Office Architecture, Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) Awards, and IAI (Indonesian Institute of Architects) Award, consecutively in 2014, 2015, and 2018.
