Located in a prominent area in Karet Sawah, The Newton is an addition to a middle-class residential area in the city center. The site is located within a ten-minute walk from the nearest shopping mall, trans Jakarta shelter, and MRT station (800m away). The Newton caters mainly to young professionals and young couples who prefer living in the city center and within proximity to their working places. The 35-floor high apartment consisted of 8 podium floors and 27 residence floors equipped with facilities for its residents.
The Newton has two floors of facilities on the 1st-floor and 8th-floor area consisting: restaurants, elementary school, kindergarten, retail, meeting rooms, swimming pool, playground, and jogging track area.
