As Telkom Indonesia transforms its assets in Jakarta, the goal is to develop the site into a cohesive and modern office complex, Telkomsel Smart Office (Tower 1) and Telkom Landmark Tower (Tower 2). This project unites Telkom and its subsidiaries under one roof, consolidating previously scattered office spaces into a unified, collaborative hub that fosters efficiency and connection.
The design adopts a campus concept, seamlessly linking two newly constructed towers with an existing one to create a harmonious and dynamic workplace. The integrated facilities—including an auditorium, food court, and mosque—were designed in close collaboration with building management and the mosque council to ensure they meet functional needs while aligning with user values.
Sustainability is a core focus of the project. Designed to meet green building principles, the complex is set to achieve Platinum-level Green Building certification, underscoring Telkom Indonesia’s commitment to environmentally responsible and future-ready development. This project exemplifies how thoughtful design can elevate spaces to serve both practical and human-centered goals.
