One Satrio, located at the Satrio gate of the Mega Kuningan CBD, is designed to create a vibrant urban space in central Jakarta. It offers essential amenities like F&B outlets, plazas, and landscaped areas, promoting an active public environment. The development prioritizes pedestrians by establishing walkways that connect the Satrio corridor with the CBD center, enhancing walkability and limiting access for cars and private vehicles. The dynamic placement of buildings creates open spaces, breaking the monotony of the walking experience, providing a new open place for Jakartans to socialize. The slanted roofs, adopting tropical architectural style, vary in height and orientation to create an organic, playful aesthetic while effectively reducing exposure to direct sunlight and rain. This dynamic building layout enhances the walking experience by incorporating open spaces and improving pedestrian safety through clear sightlines
